Oak worktops are no joke when it comes to quality and beauty

Our most popular choice, oak worktops come in a range of different styles so that you can find the most ideal worktop to suit your home. Whether you are looking for a sleek, modern look or a more rustic farmhouse edge, oak worktops can provide you with a homely feature for your kitchen and home, and are certainly bound to be an attractive centrepiece and heart of your home.
We take pride in our ability to provide oak worktops of the greatest quality; our experienced professionals combine skill with a passion for sustainability and environmental advantages. In this way you can feel great about not only having a beautiful piece in your home, but you can feel positive about the way it was sourced as well.
We harvest a lot of our oak locally, a material that has been honoured in our culture and it’s not hard to see why. We also source what we can from the pristine coast of the Black Sea, in Bulgaria. The harsh winters and even harsher summers make the wood stronger and more dense than the same species in other areas, meaning that you can benefit from a more durable worktop that has more pattern and character as well.
Knowing that we produce our worktops with zero waste and are on the fast track to announcing our energy is soon to be completely renewable, supporting our sustainable ethos means you can enjoy being a positive part of caring for our planet, whilst honouring the beauty of nature in your own home as well. You can have the biggest impact and greatest quality in your product, but with the smallest carbon footprint to boot.
How are our worktops constructed?
We can offer three different types of construction that can suit your budget and how you want your final piece to look. Standard designs consist of a 40mm stave with a finger joint construction. This size allows you to look at an individual stave and take in its beauty. In some of our pieces we aim to keep the look and colour of each stave uniform so that there is minimal disruption to the final piece.
For other worktops, we look at diversifying the staves as much as possible so that we can capture as much unique beauty as feasible in the entire worktop, from as many different pieces of timber as possible. We always look at making sure the overall piece looks immensely impressive and are proud of the results that we can achieve for our customers.
Aside from standard 40mm staves, we also offer a deluxe option of 80mm staves, again with finger jointed construction. The deluxe version allows you to really immerse yourself into each piece and get lost in the lines, swirls and knots that can be found in these unique pieces of wood.
Full stave options are also available for oak timber which run the entire length of your worktop. This is made without a finger jointed construction but rather is solely glued and pressed together. The natural grain and pattern are followed, allowing us to emphasise the beauty of this wood and creates a warm and homely yet supremely elegant appearance as the centrepiece to your home.
