The custom features you add to your worktop will not delay the delivery. The average delivery time for all House of Worktops orders is between 3-4 working days and the same timing will apply for your custom worktops.
Yes, we offer same day collections for all our bespoke and standard worktops from our London Colney (Hertfordshire) warehouse. Just place your order online by 1pm or call us to confirm your order and collection time.
Yes, we can do special cuts for your sink or hob cutout at an additional cost. You can provide the placement details in our online Worktop Builder or choose the option “I will provide details of the position via email”. After checkout, simply send us a diagram or a sketch of your cutout with all relevant measurements to [email protected]
As above, whilst choosing your sink or hob cutout you will be given the option to pay for the service, but provide a diagram of your layout at a later stage. Even when you provide your dimensions, our fabrication team will be in touch to double check the measurements and confirm your diagram one last time.
