What an amazing experience from start to finish... especially with the Covid 19 situation; although I got the feeling this is the standard all the time! We had been finding it hard getting someone to deliver to us as we live in the Scottish Highlands.... Not too much trouble for Mert though. A seamless transaction and great communication via email.
