What a fantastic company given the situation with Covid -19 I was very concerned what sort of service I would get but I need not of worried . I was reassured that it was business as usual and YES it was and what a service quick easy to deal with and my order was very bespoke and year it was still super quick efficient and very good value for money Run by two Brothers this family owned business is definitely doing all the right things no query was too small no email was ignored everything handled professionally and efficiently, I am so impressed Thank you Mert & Murat great doing business with you and I will be using you again Products are fantastic great quality great service and very quick delivery Thank you and stay safe All the best going forward.

The beech worktop I ordered is not only a beautiful piece of wood, it arrived within two days of ordering (even in these very challenging times) which other companies cannot do. The owner even telephoned shortly after delivery to ensure all was well with the delivery. Such service and quality is very rare indeed - thank you

What an amazing experience from start to finish... especially with the Covid 19 situation; although I got the feeling this is the standard all the time! We had been finding it hard getting someone to deliver to us as we live in the Scottish Highlands.... Not too much trouble for Mert though. A seamless transaction and great communication via email. We received a phone call from Mert to ensure the worktop had reached us in good condition after a long journey through several carriers. He need not have worried as it was expertly wrapped and in perfect condition! Lovely to see these kind of people and organisations are out there, very personable and great value produce. Highly, Highly recommend!
