As we have stocked all the worktops and sizes that are available at our collection, we are able to dispatch your worktop and get it to your doorstep at the day that is most convenient to you.
Thanks to our organizational efficiency we are able to process your orders within 1-2 days and get them ready to be delivered. We have created our own Internal Delivery Fleet which travels almost all over the UK delivering your worktops with confidence and excellent service. We have routes scheduled for every area of the UK which we cover on a weekly basis.
Along with the product quality and customer service, the delivery service is one of the fundamental aspects of our activity. We can not get either one of the three elements wrong. Therefore, we have invested heavily into providing an optimal 2Man Delivery Service for our customers.
Our 2Man Crew can unload the worktops for you at any Ground Floor Area that you wish.
We also offer a worktop collection from our depot based in London Colney from Monday to Saturday between 08:00 am and 6 pm. Someone will be available in the warehouse to assist you load the worktop or alternatively, depending on the volume of your order and the vehicle of collection, we can offer a forklift at your service. Your worktops will be ready for collection on the same day of the order, unless our pre-oiling or cut-to-size service has been used. In that case we would need 2 days preparation time. At the time of order, please contact our Sales Team to ask whether the worktops ordered are ready for collection.

We strongly encourage you to check all the worktops upon delivery for any damages before signing for them. This will greatly ease the process of worktop replacement, if that is what is requested. If the damage is not seen at the time of receipt, we need to be informed about the damaged worktop 3 days after the delivery of the worktop, in order to arrange for its return and replacement.
