about the worktop
Walnut is one of the most prominent and beautiful timber species in the world. Such that some walnut elements are used for high class furniture and accessories. Our Walnut Timber sourced from the Black Sea region has a deep colour and wavy pattern and thus ranks as one of the most timeless and beloved options as your kitchen worktop. Its rich colour palette combined with its energetic pattern give each stave of the worktop the impression of telling its own story. For a more detailed look into Walnut Worktops, check out our blog.
Durability & Origin: Walnut is one of the very few timbers which grows roots that are highly valuable. Being wood worktop producer, one of our side-production is extracting the valuable material from the Walnut Roots to utilize it as high-end accessories. During this process, 80% of the root material comes back to be used for our Walnut Worktops. The combination of the timber coming from the trunk with elements from the roots, create a tremendous eye-catching beauty that is unique to our worktops only! In terms of the density of its microstructure, our Walnut Worktops are right behind our famous Oak Worktops.
