What a fantastic company given the situation with Covid -19 I was very concerned what sort of service I would get but I need not of worried . The beech worktop I ordered is not only a beautiful piece of wood, it arrived within two days of ordering (even in these very challenging times) which other companies cannot do. The owner even telephoned shortly after delivery to ensure all was well with the delivery. Such service and quality is very rare indeed - thank you

What an amazing experience from start to finish... especially with the Covid 19 situation; although I got the feeling this is the standard all the time! We had been finding it hard getting someone to deliver to us as we live in the Scottish Highlands.... Not too much trouble for Mert though. A seamless transaction and great communication via email. We received a phone call from Mert to ensure the worktop had reached us in good condition after a long journey through several carriers. He need not have worried as it was expertly wrapped and in perfect condition! Lovely to see these kind of people and organisations are out there, very personable and great value produce. Highly, Highly recommend!
