At House of Worktops, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with our products. But we understand that sometimes you can change your mind or something might not be right, so here’s everything you need to know about our returns and cancellation policy.

  1. I have changed my mind
    1. If your order is yet to be dispatched, please do get in touch with us immediately to process your cancellation. You have up to 14 calendar days prior to the date of dispatch to cancel and receive a full refund for the entirety of the order including your delivery fee.

    2. If your order has been dispatched or delivered, but you have changed your mind and no longer need the worktops, we are happy to process your return. We have a 30-day returns guarantee, meaning that you will receive a full refund for the value of the worktops (excluding the delivery fee) once the worktops have been received and are in the original condition they have been sent out (standard size, uncut and unoiled)

      In terms of returning the worktops, you can organise a collection with a courier company or you can pay the House of Worktops Collection fee of 25£ for the first worktop and 10£ for every other worktop.

    3. Exceptions to this Right of Return Policy are all custom made worktops or any worktops which have been altered, cut or oiled by the customer. If you are unsure about ordering a custom worktop, we encourage you to order a sample to make sure that the product is meeting your expectations.

    Please Note: Once products have been received and inspected, we will refund you within 3-4 working days.

  2. My worktops arrived damaged
    • In the unlikely event that you find that the worktops delivered has been damaged, please get in touch with our Customer Care Team to arrange an immediate replacement or issue a full refund. When getting in touch with our Customer Care Team,please have the following information ready to share, so that we can deal with your query as quickly as possible, without causing any unnecessary delays.

    • Visual evidence of the damage is necessary to arrange a replacement or a full refund. Once we receive all the information we need, an immediate replacement worktop will be sent out at the earliest available delivery date. If a refund has been requested, it will be issued within 3-4 working days.

    If you would like to arrange a return, please send us an email to [email protected] with the followinginformation:

    • Sales Order Number (you can find that on the order confirmation email)
    • Date of order and date of delivery
    • Brief description and a photo of the damage/fault

    Please Note: Inspect your worktop thoroughly before you start working on it. If the damage/fault is discovered after cutting the worktop, we will not be able to replace or issue a full refund. When replacing the product, the old worktops have to be collected by our delivery team and should be in the original size as when delivered.

  3. I did not like the worktops
    • In the event of our worktops not meeting your expectations, due to being a different colour than what you expected or any other reasons, we would be happy to arrange the return of your products

    • We have a 30-day returns guarantee, meaning that you will receive a full refund for the value of the worktops (excluding the delivery fee) once the worktops have been received and are in the original condition they have been sent out (standard size, uncut and unoiled).

    • Our Recommendation: To avoid such a situation, we encourage you to try out our worktop samples. We are offering next day delivery and their value is 100% refundable against any worktop order. This way, you will make sure that the colour of our wooden tops is exactly what you are looking for.
