Our standard lead time is 2 to 5 working
days from when you place your order. That said, it really depends on your
postcode. Some areas we cover every day, others once or twice a week.
If your order includes any customisations such as cutouts or joints, there is a
confirmation process where we send you a CAD drawing for approval before we cut
anything. That can add a few extra days.
If you share your postcode with us, we can tell you exactly which dates we
deliver to your area and confirm when you would receive your worktops.
We cover most areas of the UK 2 to 3 times
per week, which for many postcodes does mean next day delivery. However, for
more remote areas we may only run once a week.
We do not want to promise you something and let you down. If you share your
postcode, we can check exactly which days we run to your area and tell you the
earliest possible delivery date.
We deliver across England and Wales as part
of our standard delivery routes.
For Scotland, we deliver to central Scotland including Glasgow and Edinburgh.
Unfortunately we do not currently cover the Highlands or the very north of
Scotland due to the logistics of our own delivery routes. If you are in the
Highlands, you could arrange a third-party courier from our warehouse, or
collect from a Scottish address that is on our route.
For Northern Ireland and the Isle of Wight, we do not currently offer delivery
to these locations directly. However, if you are able to arrange a courier from
our warehouse or a mainland collection point, that is an option.
Share your postcode with us and we will give you a definitive answer.
Our delivery starts from £28 for the first
worktop and £15 for each additional worktop on the same order. That is the base
rate for standard areas.
For remote postcodes, areas further from our delivery routes, there may be a
surcharge which is calculated automatically at checkout based on your postcode.
That is why you sometimes see a higher price after entering your delivery
address.
If the price you are seeing seems unexpectedly high, get in touch with your
postcode and we will check exactly what applies to your area. Sometimes there
are alternative options like collecting from a collection point that can reduce
the cost.
We are really sorry to hear this. Please
contact us with your order number and we will check the current status and the
scheduled delivery date straight away.
If you have a fitter booked, let us know and we will escalate this to our
delivery team immediately and get you a confirmed answer, not a vague one.
You can reach our delivery team directly at [email protected] or
contact us (between 06:00 - 19:00) through live chat.
Yes. As long as you contact us with enough
notice before the delivery is scheduled, we can reschedule your delivery to a
date that works better for you.
The sooner you let us know the better. Our delivery routes are planned in
advance, so the more notice we have, the more flexibility we have to find you
the right date.
To change your delivery date, email [email protected] with your
order number and the date range you are working toward, and our delivery team
will confirm the new date with you.
Yes. Collection from our warehouse is
available and some customers prefer this either to save on delivery costs or
because they have their own transport arranged.
If you want to collect, just let us know when placing your order and we will
arrange a collection slot for you. Our warehouse is at 104 High Street, London
Colney, AL2 1QL.
