We are genuinely sorry to hear that. Please
send a photo of the damage to [email protected] with your order
number in the subject line.
Once we see the photo, we will assess whether the damage can be repaired,
whether a replacement piece is needed, or whether a partial refund is more
appropriate. Either way, you will hear back from us with a clear resolution,
not a runaround.
If you have already sent photos and had no response, please get in touch again
with your order number and we will escalate this personally.
All our worktops come with a lifetime
structural warranty. This means the structural integrity of the worktop is
covered for the life of the product.
This is one of our strongest commitments and reflects how confident we are in
the quality of our worktops. If you have a specific concern about warranty, get
in touch and we are happy to go into more detail.
We always say measure twice, cut once. For
custom worktops with sink and hob cutouts, after you place your order we create
a CAD drawing and send it back to you for approval. You sign off before we make
a single cut. So as long as you check the drawing carefully, you are protected.
If you approved everything and we send you the worktop as per your requests and
it turns out the measurements were wrong, we cannot take responsibility for
that. However, please do reach out and we will do everything we can to help
find a solution.
This is usually because the confirmation
has gone to your spam or junk folder. Please check there first.
If it is still not there, contact us with your full name, delivery postcode,
and the email you used at checkout and we will look it up in our system
straight away. Once we confirm it, we will resend the confirmation immediately.
Please do not place a duplicate order. We will find your original order for
you.
If your worktop is a standard size and has
not been customised, you can return it within 14 days of delivery. The worktop
must be in its original condition and packaging.
Custom-made worktops that have been cut to size, had cutouts made, or been
otherwise personalised cannot be returned as they are made specifically for
you.
